Once they pass these checks they then act purely on behalf of UK Visa and Immigration specialising in UK Immigration. This means we are able to conduct specialist cases and represent clients before the Immigration and Asylum Chambers (IAC). It also allows us to refer your case to dedicated Immigration Barrister to deal with more complex matters.
We have offices situated in London and Birmingham and all of our work is carried out in- house, unless your case requires the services of an Immigration Barrister as opposed to an Immigration Caseworker. We can instruct an Immigration Barrister on your behalf, but this may mean your case is referred to one of our partner companies.
In more complex cases, we instruct Immigration Barristers on your behalf to ensure that your case is handled by professionals.
